What we produce.

Our core product is high-fashion 5-pocket denim jeans for men and women. We also manufacture cargos, shorts, skirts, and non-denim woven bottoms — supplied finished and packed on an FOB basis.

We work with buyers at the cutting edge of Indian high street fashion, which means our production teams are calibrated for complexity — multiple washes, seasonal changeovers, and tight critical paths.

Pattern Making

TUKA CAD pattern-making and marker software for accurate, waste-minimised cutting across all styles.

Cutting

Layering machine with two 18-metre tables. Precision cuts across fabric weights from lightweight chambrays to 14oz denim.

Stitching

Five lines of 50 Juki machines with UBT — four dedicated denim lines, one for non-denim. Full automation for loop-attach, zigzag, and button eyelet.

Finishing

Form-finisher, pneumatic shank and rivet attaching, heat seal machinery, and industry-standard pressing machines.

Sample Room

Dedicated in-house sample and R&D room with independent stitching capacity for proto development and buyer approvals.

Two Factories

Both units in Ahmedabad's GIDC industrial estate. Combined floor space purpose-built for garment production with room for expansion.

Washing & Finishing

Where the fashion happens.

Complex wash development is our primary differentiator. We work with long-standing specialist wash partners in Ahmedabad who execute to our exact specifications.

Stonewash

Classic and heavy stonewash with controlled abrasion and consistent colour results across production runs.

Enzyme Wash

Bio-polishing for a clean, soft hand feel and subtle surface texture without aggressive fabric damage.

Acid Wash

High-contrast bleach techniques for bold, fashion-forward results executed with wash-to-wash consistency.

Over-Dye & Tints

Seasonal colour overlays on denim base fabrics — matched to buyer spec or Pantone reference.

Distressing

Manual and mechanical distressing — whiskers, honeycombs, grinding, destroy — matched to buyer sealed sample.

Specialty Finishes

Coatings, resin treatments, vintage hand-feel, and other contemporary fashion finishes developed to brief.

Zero Liquid Discharge & CETP Land acquired and membership secured in a Zero Liquid Discharge Common Effluent Treatment Plant — ensuring all industrial wastewater is treated, discharged responsibly, and reused. Built ahead of regulatory requirements.
